This is a very important aspect of our ministry that seeks to help equip and to produce true Kingdom minded servant leadership in the church.

Many churches, fellowships and ministries have been hindered, derailed or damaged by a lack of true Kingdom minded servant leadership. Well meaning men and women who have not studied, understood or been properly mentored are leading others in the way they know best without the necessary and much needed input from God's Word and servant leaders called to equip others.

Leaders are beginning to realise that to be effective in their leadership calling they need to be equipped and to develop in their character and ministry to the Lord and those He has called them to serve.

Our Leadership training and mentoring is based on practical Leadership development through the Word of God and the leading of the Holy Spirit.

We currently run Leadership and Ministry training programmes in some of the countries where we work. In Uganda and Kenya we have regular yearly training programmes but in the other countries we run them when we visit or when they are specifically requested by our ministry partners and friends.
